Tacos El Gordo is a must every time I am in Las Vegas. It’s located at the north end of the strip and is the perfect destination for taco lovers.
It’s always busy, but our PRO TIP is to head into the line that is shortest and ask the cook to make dishes from various proteins across the menu. They will NOT require you to queue up again.
#2 Kimchi Restaurant for AYCE Sushi & KBBQ
We felt defeated by the lines at Tacos El Gordo, so we decided to check out Kimchi Restaurant instead, and BOY were we blown away by the food AND service.
For $39 per person, you get to enjoy a selection of AYCE KBBQ meats, nigiri, sushi rolls, and other tasty dishes.

If you have to do ONE AYCE Buffet on the strip, make it Bachannal.
Lunch is only $80, but if you come at 1:30 PM, wait until the buffet changes to the dinner shift, and you’ll get to dine on AYCE warm crab legs.
It is THE BEST on the strip.
